The Downtown Summerlin location of MTO Cafe is a walkup concept bearing MTO’s modern-yet-retro industrial feel, spanning 2,500 square-feet with three distinct dining areas, including the dining room and a community table as well as an 800 square-foot outdoor patio. The restaurant features fresh comfort food with local ingredients from chef partner Johnny Church for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner. Signature items include the Kentucky Fried Chicken with eggs, mash browns and country gravy, the Bacon Dippers with peppercorn maple syrup and the Hangover Burger with bacon, fried egg, Tillamook Cheddar, lettuce and special sauce. The dinner menu features dishes such as the Queso Fundido with house-made chorizo, provolone, mozzarella, avocado, piquillo pepper with the choice of flour tortillas or vegan flatbread, the Chicken Pot Pie with baby carrots, onions, celery, leeks, chicken stock and buttermilk biscuit crust and the Truffle Meatloaf with ground veal, garlic shallots, ketchup, Dijon, hemp seeds, parsley, thyme & sweet potato gnocchi, spinach and truffle jus.
