Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill will conclude its Sommelier Smackdown for Spring 2017 – Tuesday, April 4. This year some of Las Vegas' best sommeliers have been invited back to go head-to-head with their expert wine selections paired with a coursed menu by Executive Chef Spencer Rudow.

After Jenna Boyer’s Round 1 victory against Jason Jones, she owns a coveted spot in the Final Showdown matchup against Round 2 winner, Luis de Santos of Southern Glazier’s Wine & Spirits of Las Vegas. Guests will vote round-by-round on which wines pair best with the menu, which includes:

April 4 (Round 3, “Final Showdown”) Menu:

Course 1: Market Spring Vegetable Salad,  jumbo shrimp, upland cress, lemon vinaigrette

Course 2: English Pea Agnolotti, spring onions, pea tendrils

Course 3: Grilled Lamb Chop and Braised Lamb Shoulder, potato puree, sautéed mustard greens, lamb jus

Course 4: Dark Chocolate Cremeux, praline crumble, salted caramel ice cream
